Along a quiet lane amidst fields and woodland, Malbernat is a wonderful conversion of an ancient farm to 3 holiday cottages-sleeping
6, 6 and 4 plus cots , each with individual character, within a courtyard setting which leads to a sun terrace with 11m x
5m pool with diving board and a 4 person jacuzzi by the steps and shallow end.
Comfortable and well equipped accommodation each with terrace, barbecue and patio furniture.
There are also table tennis, swings, full size pool table, boules area and laundry room.
Quiet walks through wooded countryside, Frayssinet le Gelat is 1.5km-a gentle walk for those breakfast croissants from
the bakers, also good village shop, restaurant and pizzeria. There is a boating lake , tennis courts and horse riding.
An excellent centre for both Lot and Dordogne-Lascaux, Rocamadour, Peche Merle, Domme, Monpazier and Cahors and many
others.
Wonderful local restaurants , vineyards and traditional markets selling locally made produce from ancient handed
down recipes. All to explore and experience- a gastronomic wonderland.
Linen, duvets, blankets and pillows are provided.
Towels are not usually provided .
A refundable breakages deposit of £150 must be paid by seperate cheque with the final payment, 8 weeks before arrival.
Cots and high chair are available [If you can bring babies bedding, they seem to settle much better .]
All services are included but if heating is required off season, logs are available at cost.
Changeover day is Saturday, arrival time between 16.00 and 20.00 hours.
Departure time before 10.00.
You are requested to leave Malbernat clean and tidy.
